From my stable to yours: wisdom, stories, and guidance for your equestrian journey

Getting into horses can be overwhelming. Let me be your guide.

When my horse loving daughter started riding lessons, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I had a lot to learn, and am still learning more all the time. Luckily, we found a coach and mentor (my fairy horse mother, as I call her) who came alongside us to show us the ropes as we moved from lessons, to leasing a horse, to owning horses of our own.

I love sharing what I’m learning with other people - especially those who are just starting out or are maybe a step or two behind where I am. I know first hand how overwhelming it can be to navigate entering the horse world. Especially when you didn’t grow up in it. From learning how to groom and tack up a horse properly, to feeding and first aid, to learning about different disciplines of riding, to showing…it can be a lot.

I would love to come alongside you and show you some of the ropes, as you start your journey with horses.
